EINSA is concious of its social responsability as a Firm. This is why, in its desire to contribute to the resolution of social problems, the EINSA FOUNDATION was created in the year 2002. This Foundation, of Galician interest, without profit interest and whose purpose is to give care and attention to elderly people at their homes.

The Einsa Foundation works towards an ageing process where attention, care and support are essential, in a sector of the population which, in most cases, lacks resources but has huge needs.
This is why we provide an individual aid at home service, for prevention, which provides personal, domestic, psychological and social help at people’s home, to help their personal autonomy in its everyday life. EINSA Foundation has a team of professionals with solidarity spirit,  trained and motivated to work with elderly people.

Also, the EINSA Foundation promotes other actions aimed at the support of the elderly:

• Help and Medical attention service, with the aim of complementing help and aid as a home service.
• Creation of a network of “Youths for the 3rd Age” Volunteers aimed at  incorporating all those that want to provide company to the elderly with a solidarity motive.
• Memory games and other activities for the 3rd age.
• Training courses aimed at assistants, to provide them with theoretic and practical knowledge which are necessary to ensure the best quality in the 3rd age help.
