With a filming capacity of 1,000 plates daily, our Pre-press department consists of a highly professional team with the latest technical resources at their disposal. By means of a methodical work process, our resources are meant to achieve an optimal treatment process of our customers’ files in terms of time and quality. |
- Macintosh and PC systems for the treatment of different types of files: postscript, pdf, tiff-it, tiff 1-bit, QuarkXPress,...
- Files received are verified and normalised by our workflow. This process allows us to detect and correct possible printing problems and offers various possibilities such as page numbering, file fusion, etc.
- Our Color Proof system optimises the printing quality, giving an accurate representation of the final result. Moreover, our customers can also choose a Soft Proofing option, or electronic proof correction, by means of PDF files.
- The process of imposition follows our RIP Once Output Many (ROOM) work method: once files have been processed by the RIP, the same files are used in order to produce proofs, plates and the inkpot pre-set (ppf), which guarantees the consistency and security all through the printing process.
- With regards to CTP resources, we have 4 latest generation units.
